This letter was received October, 2004:

    Dear Bill,

This thank you is long over due.  Please forgive me.  I cannot even begin to tell you how much we LOVE the patio. You really are a star in this business.  Thank you so much for putting up with my constant switching.  In the end you helped me to design the perfect patio to compliment our home.  We entertain "informally" all the time and everyone raves about your work.  You know that you'll be the only person I will refer out.

    Thank you again,

    The Liu Family

    To Whom It May Concern:

Early in August we called Colorado Flatwork, Inc. for an estimate on enlarging and repaving our driveway and adding an apron to the street end of our circular driveway.  Within two days Mr. Bill Rasmus met with us and discussed our needs.  He discussed with us what would need to be done to meet City code and answered our questions and concerns.  We had already had another estimate from a local company, but were very impressed with Bill's knowledge and willingness to answer all our questions.

Within a couple of weeks the crew arrived and began tearing out our old driveway and preparing it for paving.  During the day and a half (consecutive days) it took to complete the job, we were very much impressed by the work of the crew.  No one slacked off.  Each crewmember did whatever needed to be done.  They were polite, conscientious and hard working.

We would recommend the work of Colorado Flatwork, Inc. at any time due to our experience with the company and staff.

    Sincerely,  Ruth & Dennis Myers

    Gentlemen:

On September 15, 2003, Mr. Bill Rasmus promptly performed the layout work for a concrete drainage-pan to be poured for The Colorado House & Resource Center prior to paving the facilities parking lot.  Bill's professional "can-do" attitude, experience, and problem solving skills took a site with marginal slope containing various swales and "bird baths" and created a tight string-line slope (line and grade) allowing for the match to future pavement overlay.

The crew that performed the saw-cut, removal of existing asphalt, and form setting were very efficient and followed the required directions carefully to perfection.  The following crew who were responsible for the pour, final grade skreeding, control joints, and finish performed as artists in their craft.  The overall site protection including the Utility One-Call Before you Dig to the traffic control was timely and effective.  All crews were organized as evidenced by their tool management, materials handling, and site clean-up.

This wonderful responsiveness was and is greatly appreciated by a collaborative team comprised of the American Red Cross, Partners in Housing, and The Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust currently putting this facility into operation.

    In Appreciation,  Gary Rombeck

Re: Our new stamped concrete patio

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new, beautiful patio!   It is exactly what we    thought it would be.  We have gotten many compliments from friends and neighbors.                               But most of all...   WE LOVE IT!!!

We also want to say that it was a pleasure working with your sales associate Bill Rasmus.  He was very  professional, courteous, and always kept us informed.   We had gotten many estimates on patios from     other companies, and chose Colorado Flatwork based on the presentation given by Mr. Rasmus, the good reputation of your company, and the quality of your workmanship.  All of the employees who worked on this project were wonderful.  They all did an outstanding job!  We really appreciate the fact that we truly "got what we paid for."  It is hard to find a company that delivers on what is promised ...and your company has.  Thank you for this pleasant and much appreciated experience.  We look forward to using our patio for many, many years to come.

    Sincerely,

    Lisa Camacho
